Founded in 2013, Yiyuan Hong has more than 11 years of manufacturing experience in pet silicone products industry, passed FDA and ISO 9001 certification. Yiyuan Hong mainly according to customer requirements customized development, design, production. Our business is silicone products, including pet silicone products, mother and child silicone products, daily silicone products and so on. All materials are selected to meet 100% food safety and environmental standards in the destination country market. OEM and ODM Orders Welcomed We provide 3D drawings designed according to customer requirements and use professional design and development software like UG, PRO-E, and MAXCAM that would be completed in three to five days. We independently own two data processing centers (CNC) and one set of EDM machines. All above are fully automated processing molds that would be completed in five to seven days. Our die quality control 2.5D measuring instruments for the accuracy of the tool, mold detection 0.001mm accuracy of the percentile, micrometer detection machining center alignment accuracy. Strict Quality System We have 12 full-time QC staff and two IPQC inspection staff. In 2022, our customer complaint rate was only 0.1%. We have 12 sets of solid molding machines and one set of LSR liquid molding machines, and the average daily throughput is about one ton of raw materials.
